Privilege Card – Terms and Conditions

The England Sports Group Privilege Card is subject to the terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice or liability.

Cost: £25 per year. Valid from the date of purchase.

  1. BENEFITS

    2. The ESG Privilege Card entitles card holders to the following benefits:

    1. Discounts
      • 10% off Term-Time club courses and LTA tournaments
      • 20% off Sports equipment
      • 30% off Holiday Camps and Birthday parties

      Sibling discounts for term-time club courses; 20% off for 2nd child and 30% off for 3rd child when booking courses and camps with us (not afterschool clubs)

      NB. One discount per child.

    2. Membership

      3. The privilege card provides membership to the following England Sports Group clubs; Hampton, Guildford, Richmond and Twickenham. The benefits of membership are:

      • Use of High quality tennis courts
      • Practice time (subject to court availability and club operating hours)
      • Organised weekly club sessions (summer season)
      • Join one ESG club – get membership of four clubs
      • LTA/PTR pros and programmes
      • Tennis league teams/ club box leagues
      • Fun social tournaments
  2. CERTAIN CONDITIONS
    1. The privilege card covers every member of the immediate family (2 adults & 4 juniors maximum).
    2. Privilege card discounts are only valid on eligible bookings with England Sports Group. The privilege card discount is not available on the following courses that England Sports Group offers: after school clubs, non LTA tournaments and private one to one tennis lessons.
    3. The privilege card gives you membership to the following England Sports Group clubs: Hampton; Guildford; Richmond and Twickenham. The privilege card does not give you membership to the following clubs;

    4. Discounts cannot be used if using a credit voucher to pay for a course/camp.
    5. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any offers or with any prearranged group discounts, unless specifically stated.
    6. Privilege card is for the immediate family use only and are non-transferable. All names of the family must be given when signing up for the card to be eligible for the discounts and benefits.
    7. We expect card holders to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with their card. Such information includes names, junior’s dates of birth, address, email address, telephone numbers, and medical conditions. Card holders can change their account information by calling our office on 0800 0430707.
    8. When booking camp passes 3 day, 4 day and 5 day passes must be used in the same week.
  3. MEMBERSHIP FEE

    4. The annual Membership fee is currently £25. This fee covers the family for a full year from date of purchuse. The privilege card can be purchased at anytime of the year at the same rate. We may change the fee at any time, but changes will apply only to new and renewal privilege cards. The fee is not refundable unless the privilege card is cancelled during the first twenty (20) days of the date of purchase and has not been used for courses and camps.

  4. TERM OF USE OF PRIVILEGE CARD

    5. The initial term of a privilege card shall commence on the date it is purchased. At the end of term the privilege card will expire. To renew the card then you can contact us to confirm renewal for another year.

  5. CANCELLATION TERMINATION

    6. You have the right to cancel your card at any time. If you cancel your card, you will only be entitled to a full refund of your card fee if you cancel during the first twenty (20) days of your initial or renewal term. No refunds will be available after such twenty (20) day period.

  6. PRIVILEGE CARD PRIVACY POLICY

    7. As a card holder, the information we capture will not be passed on to any third parties without your agreement.

  7. DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    8. USE OF THE ENGLAND SPORTS GROUP PRIVILEGE CARD AND ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATED BENEFITS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

    ENGLAND SPORTS GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CANCELLATION OF COURSES OR HOLIDAY CAMPS AT OUR VENUES. PRIVILEGE CARD NUMBER MUST BE QUOTED TO GET THE BENEFITS OF THE CARD.

  8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    9. This Agreement, including all documents referenced herein, represents the entire understanding between us and any user of the England Sports Group Privilege Card. Any user of any portion of the England Sports Group Privilege Card is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

    10. We may change the terms of this Agreement at any time without notice or liability. Any change shall take effect immediately, unless otherwise provided.
