Today England Sports Group provides fantastic sports coaching for children in clubs, camps and classes at over 50 venues. East Molesey Club Details

Our East Molesey club is based on the fantastic ground within Imber Court Sports Club, East Molesey, Surrey, KT8 0BT.

East Molesey club currently has six hard courts (four floodlit), six grass courts, 40,000 square clubhouses with a restaurant and bar, gym and pool. We have submitted a planning application to build three additional tennis courts (to be covered by a seasonal dome) and four floodlit padel courts (approval pending for the end of March).

With an expansive of school, club, holiday camps along with a coaching and membership programme. We also have an exciting three-year plan to convert the six existing grass courts to six artificial clay courts.

 

The Role & Responsibilities

The role involves a balance of the following:

 • Coaching in our schools, clubs and holiday camp programmes.

 • Leading and scheduling a team of coaches.

 • Managing the programmes administrative needs.

 • Executing the clubs marketing strategy.

 • Implement Health and Safety regulations.

 • Build and maintain relationships with schools, venues, parents and the wider team.

• Support and uphold the aims and ethos of the company.
• Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection.
• Be aware of and support differences and ensure all pupils have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.
• Attend relevant company meetings as required and participate in training, learning activities as required.

 

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• A graduate or have equivalent qualifications/or relevant work experience.
• Minimum Level Two or above in specific coaching qualifications. 
• Driving License and Vehicle preferred.
• Three years of hands-on coaching experience.
• Fluent in English speaking and excellent written communication skills.

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail combined with a passion for learning and self-improvement.
• Ideally located near East Molesey.
