How to Keep Your Child Safe with ESG
At the England Sports Group one of our main concerns is the welfare and safety of your child. We ensure all our full time and lead coaches have done safe guarding training so they are fully aware of how to keep your child safe whilst attending our term time group lessons, holiday camps or private one to one lessons.
Below we have some recommendations on how to keep your child safe whilst doing any activity with ESG.
For Parents
- All communication regarding lessons (booking or changing of lessons) to be done via the coach and parent.
- Never allow your child to be given a lift in a coach’s car for lessons.
- Never give your child’s mobile number to the coach.
- Never give the coach’s mobile number to your child.
- If your child will leave the lessons (group or private lessons) by themselves then written permission must be given to England Sports Group via email ([email protected]).
Parents to inform child;
- To never give the coach their mobile number.
- To never friend request or follow their coach on Social Media (they can follow ESG on Social Media).
- To never accept a friend request from a coach on Social Media.
We hope you found this helpful and if you have any feedback for how we can improve anything regarding the safety of our sessions please let us know by emailing us on [email protected].
Best Regards
The England Sports Group Team
