Summer Holidays - Multi-Sport, Tennis & Gymnastic Coaches
Multi-Sports Camp Group Leaders
We are looking for sports coaches who are passionate about working with children, can bring energy and enthusiasm with them every day. This is an ideal role for those looking to get more experience in the sports industry or working with children.
As an ESG Camp Group Leader, at one of our multi-sport camps, you will be responsible for a group of children involving their welfare during the day. This would include organising up to 7 activities each day and making sure they have lots of fun! You will liaise with the Camp Director during the day regarding your group and they will give ongoing support and training throughout the camp.
Coaches with sports qualification are favourable.
All School Holidays - Easter, Summer & all half terms
Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30pm
Induction Training Provided and ongoing training
Locations - Esher, Guildford, Hampton Court, Kingston & Teddington
Tennis Camp Group Leaders
As a Tennis Camp Group Leader, you will be responsible for a group of eight children of similar ages to coach tennis on all technical and tactical fundamentals of the game, whilst using a games-based approach to make sure they have lots of fun! You will liase with the Camp Director during the day on a regular basis and they will give ongoing support and training throughout the camp.
At our camps we look to build leadership and life skills in the children through the Leader in Me program, which involves teaching the 7 habits of what make children and adult effective. Training on the 7 habits is done at our induction days and there is ongoing training provided.
Coaches with LTA Level 1 & 2’s will be favourable.

Monday - Friday 10-4pm, meet at 9.45am
Induction Training Provided and ongoing training
Locations - Esher, Hampton & Kingston, Teddington & Weybridge
Gymnastic Camp Group Leaders
As a Gymnastic Camp Group Leader, you will be responsible for a group of eight children of similar ages to coach gymnastics at an introductory level. You will be developing flexibility, strength and coordination for gymnastics, getting the children to learn rolling, jumping, balancing, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, backflips and more. There will be floor routines with connective elements work and mastering skills on a variety of gymnastic apparatus.
You will liase with the Camp Director during the day on a regular basis and they will give ongoing support and training throughout the camp.
At our camps we look to build leadership and life skills in the children through the Leader in Me program, which involves teaching the 7 habits of what make children and adult effective. Training on the 7 habits is done at our induction days and there is ongoing training provided.
Coaches with British Gymnastics Level 1 & 2’s will be favourable.

Requirements for the roles
- Want to make a difference in a child's life!
- Must be 17 years old minimum
- Ideally have sport qualifications
- DBS Checked
- Reliable & Punctual
- Good sport playing standard
- Great class management
- Highly personal with great communication skills
- A love for working with children
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
- You must be able to speak English fluently
- You must be currently living within a commutable distance of this vacancy
