About the Role
● You will use your planning and organisational skills to oversee the chairman’s operations’ calendar,
book and prepare for meetings, occasionally book hotels, travel, arrange training days and other
events, prepare confidential documents, follow up on payments and set up school profiles and user
access to our online system.
● You will use your excellent communication skills to compile correspondence, deal with telephone
and e-mail queries and provide ESG cover as required.
● You will use your administration skills to compile monthly reports, maintain the filing system and
manage all LIM and 7H schools and facilitators, stay on top of all FC invoicing etc.
● Other tasks and responsibilities will be allocated depending on your level of experience but will
include grant proposals, e-mail marketing, printing requests, creating PowerPoint presentations,
stock ordering and shipping from FranklinCovey U.S, translating US English to British English when
needed, attending monthly EMEA meetings, ensuring we comply with all changes made to FC
programmes etc.
£12.00 per hour, self employed x 3 or days per week
Requirements
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook/Google Mail. Also, proficiency with using the internet.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Good standards of numeracy and literacy.
Adaptable to coordinate multiple tasks.
Pro-active and able to organise own workload.
