About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated person to work as the Head of Client Relations for ESG’s education division. As the Head of Client Relations, you will work closely with schools, local councils, and independent education partners to provide the highest quality customer service and provide exceptional administrative support to all parties. If you are self-motivated, great at project management and client communication and adept at providing administrative support, this role might be of interest to you. This role is office based at Imber Court in East Molesey. 3 days a week, 18 hours per week. Self-employed, £14.00 per hour

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong client relations and administrative skills as the day-to-day role will consist of a hybrid of these activities

  • Proven capability of dealing with partner and client accounts including invoicing, payment tracking and remittance advice, compiling monthly reports, maintaining the filing and management of all Leader in Me and 7 Habits schools and client partners

  • Strong writing and editing skills. This will include drafting email marketing, creating PowerPoint presentations, and all communications to schools and education partners

  • Excellent communication skills to deal with clients in person and online

  • Confident using online education platforms to set up school profiles and mange online user profiles and access

  • Experience in financial management and invoice payment tracking, which will include monthly financial reporting to the UK and US Franklin Covey teams

  • Experience using excel spreadsheets, analysing monthly reports for Leader in Me Online and creating a monthly report for LiM Online usage, reporting to key stakeholders

  • Experience booking and preparing for meetings, both in-person and online occasionally booking hotels, travel, and arranging training days and marketing events

  • Work with the Head of Marketing and Sales to organise all 7 Habits courses including 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, including room bookings, attendee management and post-course administration including the generation of certificates for attendees


  • Work with our lead trainer for Leader in Me to generate ideas for all training webinars to create value for existing clients

  • Work with our lead trainer for Leader in Me to ensure all schools and educational partners are receiving and being billed for their yearly training


Desirable Skills

  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook/Google Mail. Also, proficiency with using the internet.

  • Strong administrative and accounting skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Confident and adaptable to coordinate multiple tasks.

  • Pro-active, solution-based thinker who is and able to organise own workload.
