About the Role
England Sports Group is looking for a personal, energetic, passionate and experienced coach to be based at our Imber Court Site where we have 4 Grass Courts and 9 Hard Courts
You will lead a team of coaches to build and develop the junior and adult tennis group.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the development of a strong tennis membership and coaching programme.
Build comprehensive junior and adult group coaching programme.
Maintain strong club links.
Actively support and encourage juniors to start competing in competitions in England Sport Group tournaments and other LTA sanctioned tournaments.
Identify young talent amongst the juniors and getting them to play more tennis to feed the ESG High Performance Academy.
Build a quality coaching team.
Deliver high quality individual lessons.
Requirements
LTA Level 3 Minimum
Must Be able to drive and have a car
At least 3 years of tennis coaching experience
Fluent in English
You need to have a love for working with children
Great communication skills and a “can do” attitude.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail combined with a passion for learning and self-improvement.
Ideally located in or near the area.
Be willing to work hard
