Safeguarding with ESG
The England Sports Group team has a duty to respond if we suspect a child in our care may be suffering from abuse, or if a child makes a disclosure about abuse. In this event our team will follow The England Sports Group Safegurading Policy and contact the relevant county agency to take the discolure further.
Holiday Camps & Term Time Sign Out Procedure
To ensure the safety and welfare of your child we'ver put a process in place as follows:
- At sign in, you will be asked to confirm the details of the authorised person to sign out.
- You will be provided with a new password daily which will need to be provided by the authorised person at sign out.
- If the the authorised person is someone other than the parent, they must bring proof of identification with them.
- No child will be allowed to leave the camp/ class with anyone that fails to meet the above requirements.
- Parents or authorised person will need to sign the child out.
