How does pin code access work?
It’s pretty simple. Once you have booked your court on ClubSpark you will receive your booking confirmation via email.
Your booking confirmation will include a four-digit PIN number which you can then enter into the keypad at the gate of your court.   The gates are active 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after your booked timeslot.  


 
What do I do if my PIN doesn’t work?
Firstly, please check that your booking is correct – the right gate/court number, the right time and the right day – and that you have entered the number correctly.

Then check you are within the timeframe that the PIN is active (5 minutes before and 5 minutes after).
If there is still a problem contact the club on 0800 043 0707 or our office is located on the ground floor at the rear of  Imber Court main building.


I am a member and trying to book a court but Clubspark is charging me?
It's likely you are on the right page but have not logged in as a member.

In the top right corner of the screen, log in using the user name and password details you provided when setting up your account.  Once logged in as a member you will not see the Pay and Play (non member) costs.
